Training Activities are highlighted in
PURPLE.  Please contact your supervisor if
you need more information regarding what
training you must attend:


Employees are expected to attend training classes
once they have been registered.  Please give at
least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend a
training course you have previously been registered
to attend.  

To register for a specific training course please
associate yourself to the training activity in
Epitomax.  If you have questions regarding this
contact your supervisor or Melissa Greene:

Employees must complete annual recertification's
as outlined in policy.  Some recertification's may be
done online.  If you have been given permission by
your supervisor to complete annual recertification's
online and have already received your login and

related to payroll changes.
 Please use the
submission form to the left to submit all changes
in your address, phone number, personal
information and/or tax deductions.  Please note
that you MUST fill out new tax forms if you request a
change in your deductions. In addition, employees
must thoroughly review their first paystub to ensure
that personal information is correct.

Please note that Mileage Reimbursements will
NOT be given to any employee who has not
supplied us with a copy of your current liability
insurance.
