Intensive In Home Services

What is Intensive In Home?

Intensive In-home is a home and community based therapy program designed to keep children permanently in their primary home setting, to provide additional support in foster care or therapeutic foster care, or to facilitate return home from any out of home setting. Funding for Intensive In-home is fully covered by Medicaid, NC Health choice, and IPRS.

Funding may be available for individuals with private insurance or no insurance. Teams are flexible with scheduling and will work around individual school and employment schedules. Hope Services also provides access to 24/7 crisis first responder services.
