Announcement 12/2025
The Children and Families Specialty Plan (CFSP) launched on December 1, 2025. This new health plan is part of North Carolina’s commitment to improving the long-term health and well-being of children involved in the child welfare system and to strengthening and supporting families.
Hope Services is an in-network provider and is excited to continue offering our full continuum of behavioral health services to children, youth, and young adults who are currently and formerly served by Child Welfare. We look forward to supporting families and partners through this new plan and ensuring continued access to high-quality care.

Our agency works with a variety of different insurances including Medicaid, BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, United, Tri-Care, AmeriHealth, and WellCare. Contact our Intake Department for questions regarding our services or to determine insurance eligibility.
