Accessing Records
Parents/Legal Guardians may have access to “Designated Records Sets” relate to their child. These may include:
- Medication Administration Records
- Physician’s Orders
- Consents signed by parent or legal guardian
- Person Centered Plan
- Clinical Evaluations
